铁粉简介
铁粉颜色呈银灰色。是粉末冶金的主要原料。按粒度，习惯上分为粗粉、中等粉、细粉、微细粉和超细粉五个等级。粒度为150～500μm范围内的颗粒组成的铁粉为粗粉，粒度在44～150μm为中等粉，10～44μm的为细粉，0.5～10μm的为极细粉，小于0.5μm的为超细粉。铁粉在粉末冶金销售中用量较大，其耗用量约占金属粉末总消耗量的85%左右，高比重铁粉还用在橡胶制品、树脂、硅胶行业配重。
铁粉的主要市场是制造机械零件，其所需铁粉量约占铁粉总产量的80%。在食品包装中放防腐剂，其主要成分是铁粉，铁粉的作用简单来说就是同时吸收水和氧气。一般干燥剂只能够吸水，铁粉颗粒非常细小的时候能迅速吸收水和氧气，这样的铁粉成为还原铁粉，为灰黑色粉末。

铁粉制作工艺

铁粉用途
1.生铁粉:主要用于医药，染料，保鲜剂，脱氧剂，怀炉（暖宝宝），配重，水处理，保健品等领域，规格从20目-200目，可制定客户所需规格，含铁量90%以上。
2.还原铁粉的主要用途有：①作为粉末冶金制品的原料，耗用量约占铁粉总耗用量的60～80％；②作为电焊条的原料，在药皮中加入10～70％铁粉可改进焊条的焊接工艺并显著提高熔敷效率；③作为火焰切割的喷射剂，在切割钢制品时，向氧-乙炔焰中喷射铁粉,可改善切割性能，扩大切割钢种的范围，提高可切割厚度；④还可作为有机化学合成中的还原剂、复印机油墨载体等。
3.配重铁粉适用的行业主要包括：叉车配重，挖掘机配重，起重机配重、塔机配重，吊机配重，电铲配重，斗轮堆取料机配重，港口机械配重，装卸船机配重，船厂压舱配重，码头浮船配重，还可以作为重型混凝土及高炉耐火材料的添加剂，以增加其耐磨性，耐高温性，抗冲刷性、静电屏蔽、防辐射。以及油井的过滤罐、配重桥梁工程、水利水电的压载配重，电器及灯饰底座配重，电梯配重，体育用品配重等各个行业的配重。
